My name is Heather Toby, Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach. I have been helping people discover their true selves for over a decade. I have a warm, empathetic, talk-therapy style and with my guidance, our goal is to help you become the BEST version of yourself by:

Payment:
Heather’s Specializations
A part of your free consultation with Heather, will include pricing for package options.
Payments are due at the time of your coaching appointment in the form of cash, check or credit card.
Traditional Banking and Electronic Online services are used for receipt of payment.
There is no refund policy. For each appointment, the fee is due at the start of that appointment.

The time of the coaching meetings online platform will be determined by Coach and Partner based on a mutual agreement.
The Partner will initiate all scheduled appointments online, on time or will call the Coach for scheduled meetings.

A 24-hour advance notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Our policies are created to allow for effective scheduling and to ensure all Partner’s wishing to be seen may be accommodated. Please help us to serve you by notifying us as soon as possible if you must change or cancel your appointment.

Authentic Graceful is presently not able to accommodate children under the age of 16
Currently Heather is only licensed in Texas for counseling service, however she can provide coaching services anywhere in the US.
